Only users who are 18 years of age or over 18 years of age can register for this service.
To obtain this service, the vehicle should be registered in Sri Lanka for a period no greater than 10 years. and year of manifacture should be no greater than 15 years.
In the event that the vehicle of the respective client cannot be registered in accordance with the Company's Terms & Conditions, 100% of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
In order to avail of all the services and benefits, it is compulsory for all registered clients of our organization to call 011 238 75 75 every time they request their services and benefits.
These services and benefits come into effect after all documentation, registration fees and institutional verifications have been made. These services and benefits are valid for only 365 days from the effective date. (Service Activation date)
When renewing the Service and Benefits every year. Identity documents (National Identity Card, Passport, Driver's License), Registration Certificate, Vehicle Revenue License and Driving License .towmycar.lk should be sent via the official website.
For All the Accidents, Our services and benefits are available only after 21 days on which the membership is activated (Service Activation date).
For All the Breakdowns, Our services and benefits are available only after 45 days on which the membership is activated (Service Activation date).
Furthermore, the five (5) services and benefits received in the Basic package are available either for five(5) accident cases or four(4) Accident cases and one(1) Breakdown case due to mechanical defects respectively.
These services and benefits can be availed on the Highway only by the official carrier that gets from the highway. Therefore, Our company does not cover any charges for the official Highway Carrier.
In the case of a Towing service gets delayed more than an hour (01 Hour), customer can accommodate a towing service by himself from a 3rd party and request for a claim from towmycar.lk. upon verification and approval for the claim request, requested amount will be deposited to the member's bank account.
When requesting for a "Vehicle to Vehicle" service, Following criteria from the registered vehicle is taken in order to select the vehicle replacement
* Vehicle Manifatured Date
* Vehicle Engine Capacity
* Vehicle Physical Condition
If towmycar.lk is unable to provide a vehicle replacement. due to unavailability of a matching vehicle replacement, The company will reimburse an amount to the member as stated in the term number #17.
The cost of fuel will not be paid by the company.
It is compulsory that all registered clients to avail the services and benefits of our organization should submit the membership card issued by our institution at the time they are required to avail the services. If the client does not have the registered member card, they are required to request for a new membership card. An amount of Rs. 400/= will be charged to issue a new Membership card.
"Vehicle to vehicle" Reimbursement can be claimed in the following manner
* Bikes : Rs. 750.00/= Per Day
* THREE WHEELER : Rs. 1000.00/= Per Day
* CARS : Rs. 3000.00/= Per Day
* JEEP : Rs. 4500.00/= Per Day
* SUV : Rs. 5500.00/= Per Day
* VANS : Rs. 6000.00/= Per Day
* LORRY : Rs. 7500.00/= Per Day
When cancelling requested service, you must cancel the service request within 5 minutes. Fail to do so, will result a penalty charge of Rs. 30,000.00/= from the registered member up on legal actions.
Free of charge vehicle towing is done to any destination within 20km. in the case of more than 20 km, an amount of Rs.100 per km will be charged
"Vehicle to vehicle" is applied in the following manner
* Platinum Package : Three (3) Times per Year
* Unlimited Package : Five (5) Times per Year
